Return Window
You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. No returns will be accepted after this period unless required by law.

Defective Goods: If you receive a defective product, contact SuperSuits customer service immediately for instructions. SuperSuits will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement product or a refund.

Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, send us clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. SuperSuits will assess the situation and cover the return costs if necessary.

Incorrect Product Received: If you receive an incorrect product, contact SuperSuits, and we will arrange the return shipping and ensure you receive the correct item.

Product Never Arrived: If your product never arrived, contact SuperSuits so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is confirmed lost during normal transit, we will offer a full refund or replacement. However, refunds, replacements, or compensation may not be available where the loss, delay, or non-delivery results from force majeure events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, armed conflict, government restrictions, or suspension of shipping routes.
